LOGGING IN TO PLANNING CENTER GIVING:
Once you’ve set up your profile and given a one time gift or set up a recurring gift to NCC, logging back in is simple!
To log in, click the link below and enter your phone number or email address and you’ll be sent a 6-digit code to use to log in. This means no passwords to keep up with! Once logged in, Click your profile picture in the top right, and then choose Profile. There you can edit payment methods, edit recurring donations, or view your giving history.
HOW TO SWITCH OLD RECURRING GIVING TO THE NEW PLATFORM:
If you currently have recurring giving set up in ACS, you’ll need to set up a new recurring gift in the Planning Center Online platform. Once you have that completed, login to your old ACS account to delete your previous recurring gift/s.
SIMPLE STEPS: How to unschedule/ delete your ACS recurring giving (old platform)
- Use your email credentials from ACS to log in>>
- Once you are logged in to ACS, select the “Giving” tab
- On the dropdown menu select “My Scheduled Giving”
- From here you can delete any scheduled recurring gifts to NCC.
- You can also delete any payment methods set up in ACS (please know that these will be go away after June 1st)
- Next, you’ll want to check back into your Planning Center Giving account after June 1 as we will be migrating your donor history from 2020.
- Lastly, go set up your new “recurring gift” in Planning Center Giving (if you haven’t already)
- Do a happy dance, you are done!

Donations are processed through Planning Center Giving. If it’s your first time giving, there will be a couple of questions you’ll need to answer to establish your giving profile. This will allow you to make a one time gift, set up recurring gifts, and track your financial partnership with NCC. You will receive an email receipt upon confirmation of support.
Our online donation page is a secure and convenient way to give to the North Canton Chapel. All transactions are secured through Planning Center Giving’s secure processor—“Stripe.” Online donations can be made via debit/credit card or by bank account transfer (ACH). Creating an account through the online donation page will allow you to choose if you want your gift to be one-time or recurring (weekly, biweekly, twice a month, or monthly), to edit or cancel your recurring gifts, and to track your donations. Those who give online enjoy the added benefit of viewing their giving history and managing their account at their convenience.
We have taken steps to ensure that the online giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions. In addition, your payment information is stored at Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is the most stringent level of certification available in digital finance.

That’s ok! With Planning Center Giving, passwords aren’t used. Passwords aren’t secure or simple since they’re reused, making them weak, and with passwordless login, people don’t have to create an account–all they need is an email address. If you need help logging in, click HERE or email our Financial Manager for assistance.
You can edit or delete or pause a scheduled contribution at anytime including the bank routing number, account number, date, fund, frequency and amount. These changes will need to be made under the email address user name that originally created the schedule.
Great questions! All online giving platforms have fees. The processing fees for credit cards and debit cards can be rather high. Our previous giving platform has significant fees that the donor is not aware of and does not have the option to pick up that part. You don’t need to feel obligated to pay the extra fee if you don’t want to, but rather let that be a reminder to you of how much it is costing the church to process your payment method (credit card)
(PROTIP: If you set up your bank account (ACH transfer) the fee is only .25 per transaction). That is one of the ways you can help save NCC and yourself money!
